Zac Fisher has over 20 years consulting experience developing strategies and adding value across many industries and functional areas.
For fifteen years Zac was with Mars & Co, a Paris-based, strategy consultancy where he ultimately held a partner-level position serving Fortune 500 and international companies. Zac co-led the San Francisco office and was responsible for consulting relationships with CEOs and others executives- some with almost a decade of continuous service. Key engagements included the development of the business and launch models for the successful entry into Wal-Mart by one of the world’s largest apparel companies and the massive redeployment of the sales force and marketing spend for an office technology giant. He also led a wide variety of engagements with major companies in the diversified entertainment, food and beverage, other consumer products, spirits, retail, toy and other industries.
Between 2004 and 2007, Zac was at LeapFrog, a tech-forward, educational toy company, where was VP of Strategy, FP&A and Business Development.
Zac served 2007 through 2014 on the national board of directors of “Little Kids Rock” which provides free instruments and instruction to 165,000 kids in low-income schools across 10 states. He also serves on the advisory boards of a number of early stage companies.
He holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland with additional coursework at Harvard Business School and University of London.
A passionate musician, chef, bicyclist and toy collector, Zac lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
